Your heading for the highlands in search of tranquility, in search of a break, a holiday that you promised yourself, you can picture it in your minds eye what its going to look like, but you just cant wait to get there. You pass Loch Lomond taking the route of the “West highland way” stopping only at Crianlarich for a quick break, passing Tyndrum then the Bridge Of Orchy, oh how happy you are when you near Glencoe, but you have to stop! Just to see the magnificent Stags in the car park of all places! And tourists taking pictures of the man who works in the burger van showing off a bit, feeding and talking to these beautiful creatures that are standing so proud with their antlers reaching far into the air .... then (pause) You remember your ambition*, your wish as such, and you make haste to your destination passing the Glencoe ski resort and thinking I’m nearly there, I’m not far now from peace and tranquility, I can’t wait! You are in awe, In awe at the beauty that surrounds you. Then as you finalise your journey, a journey that you had been dreaming of and now its reality…………
Of course you have reached the beautiful town of FORT WILLIAM the outdoor capital of the UK and home to BEN NEVIS or “THE BEN”, as he’s fondly known as in Scotland.
Just as you drive into the town you know your only a moment away from your new home (for a while anyway), then you cannot believe your eyes, your family cannot believe that you have taken them to a cottage “our dream cottage” they cry! With the most breathtaking views that you will ever see. THE HIGHLAND VIEW COTTAGE looking over the famous Loch Linnhe and the surrounding hills and so peaceful and yet just a short walk into the centre of Fort William itself.

Also View from Cottage GardenHighland View Cottage is a 3 bedroom self-catering cottage with breathtaking views, there’s a little croft just a few metres across the way and beyond that is the loch. The cottage has a newly built fitted dining kitchen with all the mod cons (sshh) that you will never need.
The lounge is newly refurbished as is the rest of the house but wait for it… there are Large sliding doors leading to the front patio and garden were you can sit and enjoy and enjoy and………The cottage has 3 bedrooms , Bedroom 1 is a family room with a double and single bed.
Bedroom 2 is a twin room. Bedroom 3 is a double room, therefore the cottage will sleep from 2 and up to seven guests.The self-catering cottage has all the ingredients that you would ever want, from a television to an iron and from a dishwasher to a dvd player it's all there for you.
Most importantly the self catering cottage has got comfort, It’s clean, It's user friendly (it’s all on ground level).
